I can't sleep

I cannot sleep and I must wake up in ### hours. Heart pulsation, heaviness in my stomach. Pray that I will fall asleep and sleep beautifully. Energy for tomorrow.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is struggling with sleeplessness and physical discomfort. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant ### a deep and restful sleep tonight.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and peace. We pray that you would calm ###'s heart palpitations and ease the heaviness in their stomach. Bring a sense of tranquility and relaxation to their body, allowing them to fall into a peaceful sleep.

Lord, we also ask for renewed energy for ### as they face the challenges of tomorrow. Your Word promises in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait upon you will renew their strength. We pray that you would infuse ### with your divine energy, granting them the vitality and stamina they need to face the day ahead.

Father, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to provide rest and strength. May ### experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that you are in control and that you care for them deeply.
