I can’t seem to stop (adultery and listen) porn is really hard. I try to watch videos on how to stop and pray, and I just want to stop. I can’t overcome this temptation alone.

You're right, you can't overcome this alone. You need God's help. Jesus said, "Apart from me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5 WEB). But with Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).
