I am not comfortable working with a certain coworker who makes me uncomfortable. May he find happiness elsewhere even at another job that's higher pay

Lord, send the Holy Spirit to this workplace and help my friend and his coworker! Father, may truth be revealed and give him wisdom to know how to speak to this person. I pray for salvation for this coworker in the Name of Jesus. May You send angels to guard and protect against any demonic force in this workplace that is causing strife and anxiety! What would You have my friend to do during this situation Lord? Please give him supernatural guidance to know what to say and don't let him miss the opportunity to share salvation! I pray You will work every detail for the good of both of these! Lord, allow my friend to see his purpose! Use him to glorify You and do kingdom work!
