Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her husband ### in prayer. Lord, You are our Healer and our Comforter, and we trust in Your unfailing love and power. We ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life as he battles serious health issues, including an aortic aneurysm, back pain, polymyalgia rheumatica, seizures, and strokes.
Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise for ###'s healing. Please guide the doctors and medical professionals to provide the best care and treatment that he needs, especially the urgent attention from a neurologist and the necessary intervention for sleep apnea.
Lord, ### is struggling with deep depression and anger, expressing a desire to end his life. We pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround him with Your love and comfort, and let him feel Your presence in a profound way.
We also lift up ###, who is heartbroken and desperate. Grant her the strength and wisdom to be supportive during this challenging time. As it says in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Renew her strength, Lord, and fill her with hope and perseverance.
Father, we ask that You heal ### not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. Draw him back to faith in You, and let Your Holy Spirit work in his heart to bring peace and restoration.
We place all our trust in You, knowing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). Thank You for hearing our prayers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
