I am having problems either waking up ...

I am having problems either waking up at around 3 AM or too early to start my day, around 5 AM. In the latter case, I end up only getting about 5 hours of sleep which is not enough for me to feel fully awake. It can really ruin the quality of some days. I pray that I would be able to sleep through the night for 6 - 8 hours of sleep.
