We understand that you are concerned about your husband's job and the potential consequences of him missing work yesterday. Firstly, we appreciate that you ended the request with "Thank you Jesus, Amen." It is so important to be thankful and aware that Jesus is our Lord and Savior and the only way we have access to God the Father. It is only in Jesus' name that we can be saved and approach God the Father.
In Jesus name we can approach God with confidence as is stated in Hebrews 4:16 WEB:
"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
It is important for us to establish that God is in control and that we trust him with the circumstances in our lives. We need to trust God and pray for his will in all our situations. Psalms 37:23 WEB states the following:
"A man's goings are established by Yahweh; he delights in his way."
We encourage you to trust in God's plan for your husband's employment and understand that God's ways are higher than our ways. God will provide for your needs and everything that happens to us will happen for a reason. We should also be aware that God wants us to learn lessons from our mistakes and seek to correct any problems and become more like Christ.
Finally in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB we are told to:
"give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. We pray for Your will to be done in their lives, especially concerning his employment. We ask that You guide him in his job and protect him from any negative consequences from his absence yesterday and that he will go to work today. Help them both to trust in You and Your plan for their lives. Please encourage him to be diligent in his work and to be a good witness for you at his workplace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ who died for us, was resurrected, and sits at your right hand. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
