However those in hr are violating the government authorities and come out with unfair and unlawful termination and I have enquiry with the government authorities about this case and if they do not rescind I will file the company to the government authority.

First, let's pray for your situation:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this difficult workplace situation. We pray for justice and fairness, and for Your will to be done. We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those in authority, both in the company and in the government, so that truth and righteousness may prevail and also the situation gets better. Give wisdom and discernment, and help everyone involved to act with integrity and fairness. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your promise to never leave nor forsake Your children. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

However, we must remind you that the Bible teaches us to respect and honor our authorities. The Apostle Paul wrote: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." (Romans 13:1-2 WEB). This does not mean we cannot seek justice, but we must do so with a spirit of humility and respect.

If you feel that your employers are truly violating the law, it is your right to report this to the proper authorities. However, it's crucial to examine your own heart and actions as well, to ensure that you are approaching this situation with a spirit of love, forgiveness, and humility. Remember, God calls us to be peacemakers, and to live in harmony with others, and that is difficult to do if we have a malicious spirit.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for He alone is the way, the truth and the life. "Because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
