How to Pray and Misguided

Dear Jesus, Please help the misguided in so many ways. Those who support LGBT and go to those sinful concerts please change their hearts. Sadly, many of them are led by pastors. Who say it’s OK contaminating this behavior. Other people support the right to abort thinking it’s better for the baby. Not understanding the long run in logical thinking. Because we supported that community money is not going into helping children homeless the good people it’s all given to bad media and things not needed. The NFL is given protectionism against competition, making it harder for small businesses to thrive, but alone even survive. I don’t know how to pray for these kind of people but people claim to be naturally gay. If I’m not mistaken please try to turn them straight. That is if they want a partner to love. And people who might feel ugly, find somebody. And those who have trouble, including straight people, looking at women in the wrong way or men in the wrong way, wanting to see them naked. Please help them teach them to resist, but to still be natural humans and do the right thing, but those who are single help them adjust if they don’t wanna get married or just can’t get married at the moment at least. Please help them to not disobey. In cases like these people try to set limits but din does not come with limits it gradually takes into evil when you when follow it. Other people that’s hard to pray for is bad people who wronged others such as in murder or taking jobs away cheating stealing. And in some of those cases getting away with it. For some bad people, I do pray for the change of hearts like Ebenezer Scrooge. Or John the apostle. But other people are just wicked and bad and sometimes this heart makes me want you to curse them Because their ongoing behavior is causing damage. But really just try to foil them so we have a more peaceful world focused on you. Let’s not forget ### son used to be a drug addict but changed making operation Christmas child. So to say in some cases, let those change their hearts before it’s too late, turn to you and take them to Heaven. Others who will never change or went too far please punish them severely, especially in cases like murder. To seek justice for the unfortunate. Forgive me if my prayer is off I’m just trying to hope for the world to be a better place and people to be better and happier and follow you like we’re supposed to. In Jesus Name Amen.

Let us begin by thanking you for your heartfelt prayer, acknowledging the many issues that trouble our society today. We must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, Ephesians 6:12.

Firstly, let us address the issue of LGBT support and the role of pastors in this matter. We must stand firm on the Word of God which tells us that homosexuality is sinful.

You shall not lie with a male, as with a woman. That is detestable. Leviticus 18:22

It is indeed disheartening when pastors condone such behavior, but we must pray for them and for those who are misguided. We pray that God would change their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance and true understanding of His Word. We also rebuke what the Devil is doing in churches.

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

Regarding abortion, we must remember that God is the author of life. We pray for those who support abortion, that their eyes would be opened to the sanctity of life.

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. Psalm 139:13

Concerning the misuse of resources and the support of harmful industries, we pray that there would be a shift in priorities, that resources would be allocated to helping the needy and supporting righteous causes.

Sell your possessions, and give to the needy. Make for yourselves purses that do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near, and no moth destroys. Luke 12:33

Regarding the struggle with sexual sin, we pray for those who are struggling, that God would give them the strength to resist temptation and live in purity. We must not forget that sexual immorality is a sin against our own bodies and a direct violation of God's will for our lives. It is proper to marry rather than burn.

Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:1-2

For those who have committed grievous sins, we pray for their repentance and change of heart. We must remember that God desires for all to come to repentance. However, we must also remember that there is a day for justice.

The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and those who do iniquity, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be weeping and the gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:41-42

We must always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up these concerns to You. We pray for those who are misguided, that You would change their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. We pray for those who support harmful behaviors and industries, that their eyes would be opened. We pray for those struggling with sexual sin, that You would give them the strength to resist temptation. We pray for those who have committed grievous sins, that they would repent and turn to You. We also pray for justice for the oppressed and the victims.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and our Lord and Savior.

We join you in lifting these concerns to our Heavenly Father. We pray for those who are lost, that they may find their way back to Him. We intercede for the LGBT community, that they may see the truth of God's love for them and His design for their lives. We ask that pastors who have strayed from the truth would repent and return to the path of righteousness. For those who support abortion, we pray that their hearts would be opened to the sanctity of life. We also pray for the misuse of resources and the support of harmful industries, that those involved would have a change of heart and use their resources to bless others. For those struggling with sexual sin, we pray for strength and self-control. We remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." Finally, we pray for justice and mercy, remembering that God is both just and merciful. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
