i have been promised a second floor
walk--up--stairs 2 flights of stairs apartment
by the owner of a building named Howard
here locally but there might possibly
also be a ground floor one available if not now then in the future
& the superintendent of the whole building is my friend Pastor Raul

i will know much more when Pastor Raul comes
back from vacation next week & i am up-dated upon his return to work

Howard & Pastor Raul want to do some repairs &
some renovations to the apt now that the previous tenant moved out
before i can see it or rent it...
i ask now for very serious prayer that it is fixed up exactly as i would need it to be as their next future tenant please
so i won't have many $1000's of dollars of additional repairs &
expenses to make it live--able & safe which i have always encountered
with all of my previous rental's here locally
and that was always very hard on me and soo difficult for me every time...

i also ask for THE MOST WONDERFUL EXTREME FAVOR OF GOD with Howard
the building owner & Pastor Raul his superintendent towards me
& THAT THEY WOULD DEEPLY CARE ABOUT HELPING ME
IN EVERY WAY WITH THIS RENTAL as it would be such a great help for me
at this soo difficult time in my whole life after 10 years of trying to locate
a more permanent place to live after i went thru Hurricane Sandy in October of 2012...i never recovered yet and soo far i have moved 6 times just to try to keep any roof over my head and i had also been homeless for 7 months too during that time...which was soo frightening for me...
