i just heard from Marlene.......
on Saturday the landlord of this listing accepted an application from a friend that he knew......so this is a closed door......as far as i can see...
at least i got an answer and now i can continue seeking what God's Perfect Will is and keep going forward......

The landlord's name is Howard & the superintendent is my friend Pastor Raul
