i left this potential future landlord a very positive and encouraging message
just now.....as a big step of faith right now....

please pray everyone

the only thing i can think is i will have to hire a great deal of help to clean it
and fix it up to make it be livable and also to pass a safety building inspection....

i am willing to work with this landlord
but my other thought is that he is or was looking for some type of money or deposit up front and i would have no way of knowing if he would
take the money....run with it....and then still rent it out to someone else anyway

there is no way of knowing if i can trust this landlord at all
but i am giving it my very best foot forward to try to make the best
out of a not very good situation here.....

basically i would be renovating his whole apartment for him
at my own expense.......
and all he cares about is getting someone in there to pay him rent...
as soon as is possible which is truly a shame....

i do not know if he is going to paint it like he said
the carpet's need to be thrown out
or at the very least professionally cleaned somehow
if that is also even possible
and the front deck is basically leaking water
the wood is all rotted out....and it would not be safe to use at all
unless it is professionally up-graded and fixed by a contractor / carpenter

i can only offer to do soo much
i do not have unlimited finances or resources or man power
to do all of his repairs and very much needed renovations for him
but i am willing to work with him
IF HE PROVES HIMSELF TO BE HONEST
AND NOT A SLUMLORD OR CON ARTIST.....THAT IS....
