Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Praise Report :

Dear Beloved in Christ,

It gives me great pleasure to report to you the miracle that happened after this prayer was requested.

The reason for this prayer was because I was changing a puncture tire for someone in need. During this exercise, I wounded the index finger of my left hand by bending it, the wound is called a mallet wound, sprain.

So, after the injury, I experienced sharp pains and numbness to the area, which was not appearing to be serious. My sister-in-law told me that it is not fractured or broken, so it will heal.

I left the injury as it was, with hope that the pain and numbness would go away. This wasn't the case, as later it escalated with the sprain becoming inflamed and an unbearably painful ganglion cyst grew on the knuckle of the same finger.

So, at first the cyst was not painful and also appeared that it would go away, so I left it.

Anyway, some time passed (6 years) and the injury became more and more serious with me not being able to move my whole left arm.

So now, I consulted with my other sister-in-law who was a nurse for just over 2 decades. She said that the cyst was a blood clot as it appeared to be an oversized vein from the photos I sent her. She did however mention that the cyst appeared to be a result of the mallet injury and that should be attended to first that was the root cause.

5 years passed and the injury got worse and worse. So I started praying about it here on, PrayerRequest.com.

1 year ago I went into hospital for a chronic psychiatrist visitation and as a procedure the doctor asked me if I had any ailments.

I proceeded to take the opportunity and complain about my hand, firstly she brushed it aside, saying that it would disappear (it hadn't for 5 years). I was disappointed but listened to her.

On the next visit a month later, I again complained, she then said that it wasn't serious and she also had a similar affliction on her hand and it was called a, 'grommit'.

I again listened to her and waited patiently for the affliction to disappear (it didn't).

4 months ago, after another chronic psychiatrist visitation. again as a procedure the doctor asked me if I had any ailments. But this was a different doctor, so I proceeded to tell her again about this painful cyst and numb finger causing the debilitation of my entire left arm.

She subsequently booked me in for a general practitioner to assess the situation.

3 months ago the GP looked at the injury and ordered x-rays to assess if the injury lied in a broken or fractured finger.

All this time, I was sending prayer requests to, PrayerRequest.com, and describing my afflictions.

2 months ago another doctor saw me and looked at the x-rays, she then said that there was no break or fracture and it appeared to be an inflamed tendon, and she proceeded to give me pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication. She then booked me with a specialist orthopedic surgeon and a physiotherapist.

1 month ago I went in to the physiotherapist and she did her examination and remarked that there was no work for her to do on the hand (finger) as there appeared to be full range of mobility. I showed her the cyst and she said that the cyst was a, 'neuroma'.

After that news I came home and sat by the computer trying to find out what a neuroma was and how to treat/find relief from this affliction.

All this time I was sending prayer requests to, PrayerRequest.com.

I panicked and saw that the, 'neuroma' was most of the time inoperable and there was no cure/relief for it due to the nerves surrounding it.

1 week ago, I posted a prayer request to, PrayerRequest.com, saying that they referred me to the incorrect physician and to please pray for me.

So now I went to the specialist orthopedic surgeon, who looked at the affliction. He asked why did I take so long to come to him and I explained the situation as I'm writing to you. He examined the hand and said that since I had full range of mobility, there was nothing that he could do to assist me.

I then proceeded to show him the cyst, he then hastened for the x-rays and thereafter explained that it was a ganglion cyst and it was affecting the joint of the numbed area.

After further examination and consulting with another physician, he said that a minor operation needed to be done and the ganglion cyst needed to be surgically removed. He then booked me in on the 10 December 2024 at 7am for the procedure to be done.

And so, what was the miracle. Oh so many, so so many here. After listening intently to so many concerned individuals I was taken over a roller coaster ride of emotions. Being as I cannot work with this hand/arm like this way for 6 years, experiencing unbearable and excruciating pain at every movement. Now there is at least hope that I may recover to full normalcy in a couple of weeks' time.
