We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing with your employer. It's important to remember that God is sovereign and sees all that is happening. Even in difficult circumstances, we are called to respond with love and forgiveness, trusting that God will bring justice in His perfect timing.
Firstly, let's address the issue of vengeance. While it's natural to feel anger and a desire for justice, we must remember what the Bible teaches us in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We should not seek vengeance ourselves, but trust that God will bring about justice in His own way and time.
Instead, let's pray for your situation and for your employer. We pray that God will soften your employer's heart and bring about a change in their behavior. We pray that you will find favor and fairness in your workplace, and that your leaves will be granted justly.
Let's also pray for your work environment. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that God will give you the strength and grace to continue working diligently, knowing that ultimately, you are serving Him.
Regarding the election, we pray that God's will be done. We pray for wise and just leaders who will govern with integrity and compassion. Remember, our ultimate hope is in God, not in political systems or leaders.
Lastly, it's important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The basic salvation message is that we are all sinners in need of a Savior. Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again, offering us the gift of eternal life. By believing in Him, we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this difficult work situation. We pray for a change of heart in the employer, that they may treat their employees with fairness, kindness, and respect. We pray for a peaceful and productive work environment, and for favor and justice in the granting of leaves.
We also pray for the upcoming election, that Your will be done, and that You would raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity and compassion.
Most importantly, we pray that You would draw each one of us closer to You, that we may know You personally and experience Your love, grace, and salvation through Jesus Christ.
