Hi. I currently moved to a new team. There was nothing wrong with my old team, but someone convinced me to move. My new boss won't give me space to breathe. Shes toxic and I can feel her need to control me. I must not have space in my day to breathe. I must constantly be busy and if there is no work, she will create it. I need to get away or move to my old job. Please pray for me.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and trapped in their new work environment. Lord, You know the details of their struggle and the heaviness in their heart. We ask that You provide them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as promised in Philippians 4:7.

Father, we also pray for wisdom, as promised in James 1:5, for them to discern the best course of action - whether to remain and seek a change in their current situation or to pursue a move back to their old job. We ask that You make their path straight, as assured in Proverbs 3:6, and that You order their steps according to Your will.

We also pray for their boss. Lord, we know that You desire all to come to repentance. We ask that You soften her heart and help her to see the value of healthy boundaries and the importance of respecting her team members. We pray that she would seek to lead with kindness and understanding, as encouraged in Colossians 3:12.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
