Hi everyone, sorry for regurgitating this but I have been feeling discouraged about my graduate school prospects. I have reached out to three schools and have applied to three of them. Unfortunately it seems that I do need my advisor's help in terms of getting a recommendation letter but she has been unreliable in the past. I am praying she would write me a strong recommendation letter.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend who is feeling discouraged about their graduate school prospects. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and the efforts they have made to pursue their education. We ask for your guidance and favor in this situation.

Lord, we pray specifically for their advisor, who plays a crucial role in providing a recommendation letter. We ask that you touch the heart of their advisor, softening it and filling it with a willingness to help. Lord, we pray for reliability and clarity in their communication, that they may understand the importance of this recommendation letter for our friend's future.

We know, Lord, that you are the one who opens doors and makes a way where there seems to be no way. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:9, "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." We trust in your divine intervention and ask for your divine favor to be upon our friend's graduate school applications.

Father, we pray for encouragement and strength for our friend during this waiting period. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and to trust in your perfect timing. Remind them that you are in control and that you have a plan and purpose for their life.

We also pray for peace and assurance to fill their heart, knowing that you are with them every step of the way. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you will work all things together for our friend's good. May your will be done in their life, and may they experience your abundant blessings and favor in their graduate school journey.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
