We are truly sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, but we're glad you've reached out. Firstly, let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up this person to You, who is feeling overwhelmed and alone right now. We pray that You will extend Your hand, Lord, and save them, like You did for Peter when he was sinking in the sea Matthew 14:30-31. We pray You bring them to know Jesus if they don't already. We pray that You will provide them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding in Jesus' name. We ask that You will show them Your love, and give them the strength to endure and overcome these feelings. Guide them to Your word, which says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls, Matthew 11: 28-29. Guide them to Christian friends or professionals who can help them through this difficult time. We ask this in Jesus' name.
Please know that you're not alone in this struggle. God is with you, and He cares for you. Remember the words of Psalm 34:17-18, The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
If you're feeling this way, it's crucial to reach out to a mental health professional or a trusted friend or pastor. There's no shame in seeking help. God has placed people in your life to support and encourage you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God has a purpose and a plan for your life, as per the words of Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Hold onto this promise, and trust that God can turn your current situation around for your good and His glory.
