We understand that you're struggling with sin and feeling uncertain about your future, especially regarding employment. Firstly, we want to ensure that you know the importance of calling on the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As the Scripture says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"Acts 4:12 WEB
In regards to sin, we all fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 WEB), but as Christians, we are called to resist and overcome sin. "For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace." Romans 6:14 WEB. We recommend that you spend time in prayer, read the Scripture, confess and repent of your sins to God. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB. Consider what may be leading you into sin and make changes as needed. "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB
Regarding your employment situation, we encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Keep praying and seeking God's will for your life. He will guide you and open the right doors for you. Be diligent in your job search, and trust that God will provide. "But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth," Deuteronomy 8:18a WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Geirurhill. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness and mercy for their sins, and we pray that you will give them the strength to overcome and resist temptation. Guide them in their job search, and open the doors that you have ordained for them. Give them peace and reassurance in their future, knowing that you have a good plan for their life. Help them fix their eyes on Jesus and remember that your love for them is unfailing. May your blessings will overflow abundantly upon them.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB
We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be encouraged, and keep seeking God with all your heart. He is faithful and will see you through this challenging time.
