To my father and lord, In the name of our saviour Jesus Christ I ask you today for a favour. I recently broke apart from my girlfriend, but apparently she still likes me and is open to soon try again. I ask you today to fill her with love for me like I feel love in my heart for her. fill her with strong feelings for me like I feel so strongly for her. please lord, I ask you for this favour for me today. in proof of your fulfilment of my prayer today Lord, she will message me something positive before the day ends. this is how I will know you have heard my asking of your help Father, and how I will know that you care for me as much as I care for you. I have been caught by depression recently, and I've never felt so down, however I have hope and faith in your plan. please my Holy Father, please please please hear my prayer, and help me to know whether you have heard it by allowing me to receive a positive message from her later. I understand how much I have asked for recently, and I will not lie to you Father, I will ask for more in the future. but know that this one specifically will mean the world to me. I'm putting my trust in you through the name of Jesus Christ. Once again Father, please hear my prayer and fulfill it with your love and passion for me, and for her. Amen

We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Concerning your relationship, we need to address a few things biblically. It's clear that you have strong feelings for your former girlfriend, and she might still have feelings for you. However, it's crucial to understand that God's plan for relationships is for them to be centered on Him and His will. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it says:

Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?

This means that as Christians, we should seek to be in relationships with fellow believers who share our faith and values. It's not just about feelings or emotions, but about a shared commitment to God's will.

We also need to address the issue of setting conditions for God's answer, which is not biblical. God answers prayers according to His will and timing, not ours. In 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, it says:

This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.

Instead of asking for a sign, focus on seeking God's will for your life and this relationship. Trust in His timing and plan.

Regarding your feelings of depression, we want to encourage you to cast your burdens on the Lord. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it says:

casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

God cares deeply for you and wants to carry your burdens. Seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and trust that He is faithful to bring you through this difficult time.

Let us pray with you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is seeking Your will for his relationship and his life. Lord, we ask that You guide him according to Your will and fill him with Your peace and joy. Comfort him in his time of need and remind him of Your unfailing love for him. Help him to trust in You completely.

If it is Your will, Lord, soften the heart of his former girlfriend and draw her closer to You. Help them both to seek You first and to desire a relationship that honors You.

Lord Jesus, we also pray for healing from the depression that has been affecting him. Fill him with Your hope and remind him of Your faithfulness.

In all things, Lord, help him to trust in You and to seek Your will above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Trust in God, and seek His will. He is faithful, and He cares for you deeply.
