Please give me all support needed on my support ticket

Please make all people involved in the support ticket help me

Make them understand they promised they would answer me but have not given me an answer for over 2 months

Grant them clarity and compassion in this situation, in Your holy name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue in patience and persistence, knowing that God is your ultimate provider and advocate. Remind those involved of their commitments, but do so with kindness and respect, as we are instructed:

"Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all humility toward all men." (Titus 3:1-2 WEB)

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We believe that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not already, consider putting your trust in Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
