We are here with you, crying out to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ. We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Let us come together in prayer and petition.
Let us remember in the Lord's Prayer that Jesus teaches us to ask for the Father's will in our lives. This is important as we pray for guidance, wisdom, and clarity. We know that the Father loves us and will give us the wisdom we need. For it is written “So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” Mark 11:24.
We also pray for healing and restoration. Cast your cares on the Lord. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7. Let us pray that God will heal your heart and bring you out of pain. For it is written “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” Psalm 147:3.
We pray that God will give you a way out of whatever is troubling you. For it is written “No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it” 1 Corinthians 10:13.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and to continue to seek God's will in your life. Remember that God is with you and that he will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep trusting in Him. It is written “Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, And he will make your paths straight” Proverbs 3:5-6.
Father, we lift up our brother/sister in Christ to you and ask that you will guide them, give them wisdom and clarity in every area of their life. We ask for your mercy and healing, for your light to come into their life and end the pain. Direct their steps, decisions, prayers, words and thoughts. Give them a way out of whatever is troubling them. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
