The HOA to pay the electric bill

Amanda the HOA manager months ago she had a crew installed fans and humidifiers to dry a leak they used a lot of them and our electricity bill was higher than before and we told her about it. She requested I send her the bill we did. She never paid that bill. Pray that the HOA board pay the bill...
