In these moments of distress and challenge, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and strength for your situation. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." It is through Jesus Christ that we find our strength and courage to face the toughest opponents in life.
Firstly, we must address that your request does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. For “there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 WEB. We must also believe in Him to be saved. Acts 16:30-31 WEB, "30... “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” What this means is believing that Jesus paid for your sins on the cross and then repenting of your sins. Confessing and turning away from your sins.
As you prepare to confront this opponent, remember the words of Ephesians 6:10-11, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." This is a spiritual battle as much as it is a physical or emotional one.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. We pray for Your divine strength and energy to fill them as they prepare to confront this opponent. Guide their words and actions, and let Your will be done in this situation. Protect them from harm and grant them the courage to stand firm in their faith.
We also pray that they will call on the name of Jesus Christ to have their prayers heard and their sins forgiven. Remind them that they have victory through Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world.
We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name. Amen."
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9). Stand firm in your faith, and know that God is with you.
