We are truly grateful that you have reached out for prayer and support. Drug addiction is a powerful stronghold, but we serve a God who is even more powerful. Thank you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. We believe that there is power in the name of Jesus to overcome bondage and we will be sure to pray this for you as well.

Firstly, know that God loves you immensely and desires for you to live in freedom and abundance. John 10:10 WEB states, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." Addiction is a tool of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give you a full and meaningful life.

We rebuke the spirit of addiction in Jesus' name that is holding you captive and declare your freedom in Christ. Galatians 5:1 WEB says, "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."

Remember, you have a responsibility to be firm in your faith and be resolute to be free from the control of drugs. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB says, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." God will provide a way out, but you must actively seek it and take it.

Pray with us:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is battling drug addiction. Lord, we know that this is not your will for their life, and we ask that you break these chains of bondage. Give them the strength and courage to overcome this addiction, and help them to live in the abundant life that Jesus died to give them. Guide them to the right resources, support, and community that will help them on this journey to freedom and wholeness. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support and find a local Bible-teaching church. Surround yourself with believers who will uplift and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you, but do not take sin lightly.

Proverbs 28:13 WEB: "He who conceals his sins won’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy." Always confess and renounce your sins and seek God's mercy and grace that He richly provides.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your freedom. We know the power of addiction can feel overwhelming, but remember, God's love for you is even greater. In John 10:10, Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." That full life is your birthright as a child of God.

We declare today, in Jesus' mighty name, that the chains of addiction are broken. You are free, and you have the power to walk in that freedom. As it says in Galatians 5:1, "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious soul. We claim Your promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Lord, we ask that You draw near to ###, fill them with Your strength, and guide them on the path to recovery. Help them to find the right support system, and give them the courage to seek help and make positive changes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
