We stand with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to break the chains of addiction that have held you captive. We know that addiction is a bondage that can be broken, and there is freedom in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Galatians 5:1, "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who is struggling with addiction. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You break these chains and set him free. Lord, You have promised that "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). We claim this promise over his life.
Father, we also ask that You open doors for him to find more work. We know that You are a provider, and You care for all our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Guide him to the right opportunities, and give him the strength and wisdom to pursue them.
Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and grace. We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
Remember, brother, that your struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and know that God is with you.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all areas of your life. As you walk in obedience to Him, He will guide your paths and provide for all your needs. Trust in Him, and He will never fail you.
