Go to the 99cent store and buy cheap crushed red pepper flakes and powder. Outline your property with this pepper. Problem solved.
Dogs love to sniff and the pepper will go up its nose. No harm to dog, but a quick spicy lesson not to enter your property. If the dog enters at one spot, heap lots of pepper there, on your side.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
