Heavenly father. Please protect and comfort a prior coworker of mine, Beth. Help her feel loved. I did a horrible thing. I wanted to try to make her feel bad and pay for her weaknesses. Please forgive me and help me to understand and resolve these types of scenarios before i ever get to the point of having regrets about it again. Please block the evil thoughts I have and the ones that try to make their way into my mind. In Jesus name I ask. Amen
