Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and all those who are struggling with sleep problems. We acknowledge that you are the giver of rest and that you desire for us to experience peaceful and rejuvenating sleep.

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this area of our lives. We pray that you would calm our minds and bodies, releasing any anxiety or stress that may be hindering our ability to sleep. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and peace as we lie down to sleep.

We ask for your supernatural touch upon our sleep patterns, granting us the ability to fall asleep easily and to stay asleep throughout the night. May our sleep be undisturbed and refreshing, so that we may wake up each morning feeling renewed and energized.

Father, we also pray for any underlying physical or emotional issues that may be contributing to our sleep difficulties. We ask for your healing touch upon our bodies and minds, bringing restoration and wholeness. Your Word assures us in Psalm 147:3 that you heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.

Lord, we surrender our sleeplessness to you, knowing that you are our ultimate source of peace and rest. Help us to trust in your faithfulness and to cast all our cares upon you, for you care for us.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you will hear and answer our prayers according to your perfect will. Amen.
