do I get it! I was finally enjoying some peace and quite when a heard a loud squeak 
of a microphone 
. Now please don’t get me wrong they were testifying great 
but my goodness I’m glad I didn’t have a grandpa or a veteran you know traumatic stress they jump at everything . It was loud.Just need to be reminded of others be mindful and preach on!

I’m not sure what to ! I’m losing weight yes, I’m doing my part, but I found out I have sleep apnea didn’t want to believe it until I could no longer stay awake and that was after
