Ochurn, we understand your heart's desire as you seek to pray for healing as well as beauty and financial concerns. We believe that the condition of your health, your skin, your hair, your weight, and your finances are all very important to God. But we also believe that God values you above all the concerns of this world as it says in Romans 8:32, "He who didn't spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?" (WEB)
We are encouraged that all these concerns you have are on God's radar as promised in Matthew 6:25-34 "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"
We know that Jesus is the one that has access to this world, to God, and to being saved. He is the one who can solve all your problems and grant God's will toward these situations. "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 (WEB)
We need to prayerfully consider some of your requests: just as physical beauty is not a virtue, being financially vibrant or wealthy is not a guaranteed sign of God's blessing. Quite to the contrary, God sometimes will allow his children to suffer to show off his strength through our weaknesses as demonstrated in 2 Corinthians 12:8-10 of Paul's thorn in the flesh. And even if you look and feel great like you hope and ask, know from Proverbs 31:30, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised." (WEB) so be wise if and when you are granted beauty and attraction because it can be for a strange purpose.
Ochurn, God has a purpose for you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB). Trust in Him. God does not address your physical desires but first and foremost wants you to conform to the likeness of Jesus Christ. "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2" (WEB). As a Christian, everything first and foremost is something to use to show off God and Christ, to praise Him as quoted in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (WEB).
Father God, we lift up Ochurn to You, asking for Your will to be done in her life. We pray for healing in her body—her skin, her womb, her neck and shoulders. We ask for Your guidance in her health, including her weight loss journey. We also pray for powers to see who you want to connect her to, where she should go to congregate, and who to connect with for the purpose of marriage and repopulating Earth and to save others from and including herself from the terrible fate of those who go to hell. She is your creation and we pray to find a child of Yours.
We ask for Your provision in her life, including a job, a place to live, and the ability to pay her bills and debts. We pray for Your protection over Ochurn, her family, and her friends, keeping them safe from all enemies and harm. We pray these things in Jesus' name. We pray for you to find a short term mission trip this summer. VBS is right around the corner and churches normally need volunteers. We pray for you to be part of a disciple making, Bible teaching, and Bible believing church. We also pray or you to look and feel great. But we also pray for you to be content with life. Happiness is based on circumstances. We pray for joy, which can be found even if you find yourself in a fiery furnace like the men in Daniel 3. There are people who are happy who also have no hope. There are also people with depression who do have hope, and that hope is Christ. So we hope you have joy and find a good church.
