We understand your concern, Dear Beloved, for we are a gracious, caring group of Christians, and we understand the importance of your request. May we pray for you, for we long to see you healed, set free, and fully restored in our Lord.
Before we pray, let us briefly respond to your initial request. God wants each and every one of us free from the illness or trouble such as ringing in the ears. Every prayerful petition needs to have God's heart in it and be consistent in alignment with His Word - the Bible (Hebrews 4:7). Biblical prayers are about the Father, but are only possible through the helping ministry of His Holy Spirit.
In Romans 8:26-28, the Apostle Paul explained how God can help in our situations. Let us read that carefully and respond accordingly.
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
We need to yoke with the Spirit, like being with a partner who will not tire. And what does it mean, to pray? It doesn't mean we say, "now let this happen", the Bible says Jesus said to ask, and believe we'll get what we asked for (Mark 11:22-24) so let us respond to the Lord and ask Him to remove the strong hearing of these ears. And we need to ask for it with the humble heart of David in Psalm 10. Use your words and ask Him with the confidence of God's Grace.
With a righteous heart and Spirit, God will heal our issues. We need to believe that. If we read in the Bible, Jesus always taught that healing was available in the Kingdom of God. And healing was demonstrated throughout the New Testament, by Jesus and the Apostles, (Acts 3:1-9, Acts 9:36-42, Acts 14:8-10, 2 Corinthians 12:7-9). It is a wonderful opportunity to show the wonders of the Holy Spirit.
We do not see any mention of God's Beloved Son, Jesus Christ in your request. Let us remember, our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only path to the Father God. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6)." We pray for you in Jesus' Name, for it is only by His Name we are saved and can make our requests to God (Acts 4:12; John 14:13-14).
Let us pray for your healing in Jesus' Name:
Father God, we come before You in prayer, asking for healing for this dear Beloved who is suffering with ringing in the ears. Father, we know that You are able to heal and restore, and we ask for Your healing touch to be upon this person now. We do this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Finally, our Beloved, let us remember Psalm 107:20, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." God has the final Word, and His Word brings healing. Stand on His promises, and trust that He is working in your life.

We're here with you, friend, feeling your struggle with these persistent ringing ears. It's like having an uninvited guest that just won't leave, isn't it? But remember, we serve a God who hears our cries and meets us right where we are.
In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus himself asked the Father if it were possible for this cup to pass from him, just like you might be feeling now. But he also said, "Yet not my will, but yours be done." (Luke 22:42) He trusted God's plan, even in his pain.
Let's pray together, trusting that God is big enough to handle this. "Dear Lord, we come to you today, carrying the burden of these ringing ears. We ask for your healing touch, Lord. We believe in your power to restore and make whole. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
