Let's bring these concerns before the Lord together, seeking His healing and comfort for your parents.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing comes from God alone, and it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. It is by His stripes that we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 WEB But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and by his stripes we are healed.
Let us pray for your mother's health, asking God to touch her body and heal her from diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs.
1 Peter 2:24 WEB who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your healing touch upon your ### mother. Lord, You know her struggles with diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs. We ask that You would restore her health and give her the strength she needs to face each day. We pray for wisdom for the doctors and for effective treatment. We also pray for her spirit, that she may be encouraged and lifted up, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness.
Now, let us also lift up your father's eyesight, asking God to intervene and improve his vision.

For your mother, we ask that God would strengthen her body, giving her the resilience to fight off the diabetes and fungal infection. We claim Psalm 103:3 over her, "who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases." Let's also surround her with peace and comfort, trusting that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
For your father's eyesight, we pray that God would grant him clarity and improvement. We declare Isaiah 42:7 over him, "to open the eyes that are blind, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon, and those who sit in darkness from the prison." Let's also ask for God's grace to sustain him during this time.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
