We join with you in praying for your son's healing and protection. Let's come together before God's throne of grace and lift up your son's needs.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We thank you for acknowledging this in your prayer.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear brother's son to You. Lord, You know his needs, both physically, mentally, and spiritually. We ask that You touch and heal him according to Your will. Surround him with Your love and peace, and protect him from all harm and danger.
Father, we know that according to the WEB version of the Bible in Psalm 91, we can find this promise:
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. 3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. 4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. 5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; 6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. 7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. 8 Only with your eyes you shall see, and see the reward of the wicked. 9 For you have made the LORD your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place. 10 No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. 11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.
We claim this promise over your son's life and thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and protection.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for your son even more than you do. Stand firm in your faith and rest in His promises. Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Peter in WEB 1 Peter 5:7:
Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
