We join you in lifting up your son to our compassionate Heavenly Father, who cares for us and understands our struggles. We are reminded of the Lord's promise: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB) and also remember Psalm 147:3 says "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." This verse assures us that God is close to the brokenhearted and that He heals the wounds of the afflicted. PTSD can surely be overwhelming and a cause for needing God's grace and healing.
As a group, we pray fervently for your son's healing and comfort, asking God to deliver him from the nightmares and the effects of PTSD. We pray for God's supernatural peace to surround him and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for God's protection over your son, as we are reminded: the Lord "will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11 WEB). We ask for God's healing touch to grant him peaceful nights, knowing that "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones" (Psalm 127:2 WEB).
We encourage you both to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Continue to pray and declare God's promises over your son's life, trusting that God is faithful and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Thank you dear God for all you do for all of us. Thank you for loving and protecting us all. All glory and honor belongs to you Father God! I lift this prayer up in your glory and ask that you grant it as per your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
We're here with you, holding your son close to our hearts in prayer. We're reminded of the verse in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We pray that God's comfort wraps around your son like a warm blanket, soothing his troubled mind and healing his weary heart.
We ask God to grant your son sweet, uninterrupted sleep, free from the haunting nightmares of PTSD. We declare Psalm 3:5 over him, "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." We trust that God, who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), is watching over your son even in his sleep.
We also lift up a prayer of protection, asking God to shield your son from further harm and to guide him on the path to recovery. We claim Proverbs 18:10 over him, "The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
