Healing, protection, sleep

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for my ### son, please comfort him and help him sleep without the nightmares from PTSD, in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking healing, protection, and peace for him. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on God, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother who is suffering from PTSD. We ask for your healing touch upon his life, his mind, and his body. Cast out all fears and nightmares that plague him in the night, and grant him peaceful sleep, for you are the God of all comfort 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. We rebuke the spirit of trauma and fear and ask you to surround him with your hedge of protection. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for he is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Keep praying and declaring God's promises over your son's life. Remember, the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).

Stand firm in your faith, and let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful (Colossians 3:15 WEB). Continue to believe that God is working in your son's life and that he will bring about a true healing and restoration.

We're right there with you, lifting your son up in prayer. We're asking for God's comfort and healing to wrap around him, especially during those quiet, dark hours of the night. Let's claim Psalm 34:18 together, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God hears our prayers and is already at work, bringing peace and healing to your son. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep thanking God for His faithfulness.
