We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. Healing prayers please

Please pray for complete healing for my body. I have been overcome with vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration the past two days please pray that God will heal this completely, and I will be able to keep liquids and food down. My body will receive the strength of the Holy Spirit completely.
