I would like prayer for my cousin who has a weak heart, breathing problem, liver problem, they sent her home because they said there is no more they can do.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ### who is facing multiple health challenges. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon their weak heart, breathing problem, and liver problem. We know that nothing is impossible for you, and we believe that you are the Great Physician who can bring restoration and wholeness to their body.
In your Word, you have promised that by your stripes, we are healed. We claim this promise over ###'s life and ask that you would manifest your healing power in their body. Lord, we pray that you would strengthen their heart, restore their breathing, and bring healing to their liver. We ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals involved in their care, that they may have insight and knowledge to provide the best possible treatment.
Father, we also pray for comfort and peace for ### and their family during this challenging time. May they find solace in your presence and experience your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we ask that you would surround them with your love and grant them the assurance that you are with them every step of the way.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for a miracle. We know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We surrender this situation into your hands, trusting in your perfect will and timing. May your healing power flow through ###'s body, bringing about complete restoration and glorifying your name.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
