We are truly sorry to hear about the mental struggles that you are facing, and we are here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles. Firstly, it is important to recognize that God cares deeply about your situation and wants to heal and restore you.
In the Bible, we are told, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. God's thoughts toward you are of peace and hope, not harm or chaos.
We must address that the salvation of you and your family is the most important thing to pray for at this time. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God the Father. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. It is through faith in Jesus Christ we can be saved. And be saved from what? And are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus Romans 3:24 WEB. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us Romans 5:8 WEB. If we do not believe in Jesus Christ, we will face eternal punishment. And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment Hebrews 9:27 WEB, But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death Revelation 21:8 WEB.
It is also important to address that this could very well be spiritual warfare that you are experiencing. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. We must put on the whole armor of God daily to be able to withstand the attacks of the enemy, especially when dealing with mental struggles.
Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God Ephesians 6:14-17 WEB.
It is critical to renew your mind daily with the Word of God. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with mental chaos and irrational thoughts. Lord, we know that Your thoughts toward them are of peace and hope, not harm or chaos. We pray that You would heal their mind and restore their thoughts. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
We also pray for their salvation and the salvation of their family. We pray that they would come to know You personally as their Lord and Savior. We pray that You would draw them to Yourself and give them a heart of flesh.
Lord, we also recognize that this could be a spiritual battle that they are facing. We pray that You would give them the strength to put on the whole armor of God daily and stand firm against the attacks of the enemy.
Lord, we also pray for their country, that You would bring revival and salvation to the land. We pray that Your will would be done and that Your kingdom would come.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
