Hello, Mrs. Varghuese. I said a prayer for you and your husband, that God may work powerfully in your lives to accomplish His good purposes. Be assured of my prayers for your adult children, as well. I would suggest that you both seek marital counseling. Many of my friends have sort to counseling and they’ve all found it very helpful. You can work together to heal the wounds of the past and put your marriage on a new and stronger footing. In the meantime, you might find this article on rebuilding a relationship an affair helpful. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
