Harrassment with noise

Lord, I want complete silence in my building on Sunday, especially from 2-5 pm. My next-door neighbor is a noise and troublemaker. Lord, let me have authority over him and the words that he will immediately obey. Also, right now, there is drilling and other machines. Lord, tenants are quiet and don't have the courage to warn him. He is harassing the whole building. He is usually calling me names when I warn him. Whenever he is at home, there is some kind of noisy to loud TV, late meetings, noise at the balcony, shouting, fighting with other brothers, etc. Right now, he is using a drilling machine on the balcony, and it's awful noise. I cannot sleep. Lord, do something.

Healthy dental flesh. No swelling, no abscess.

No tension or cramps in my leg muscles.

Good mood, joy, optimism.

Me able to sleep well.

My mother in a good mood, not harassing me with her negative speech or demands or lying/witchcraft/manipulation.

We come to you today on behalf of ###, asking for your help in creating a peaceful atmosphere in her building on Sundays, especially from 2-5 pm. We ask that you give her the authority to speak to her neighbor and that her words will be obeyed. We ask that you protect her from any harassment or name-calling and that her neighbor will cease any activities that create noise or disruption. We ask that you give the other tenants the courage to speak up and that they will be respected. We pray for your peace and protection over ### and her building. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
