Overlooked, and taken for granted, my class is thriving and making a big growth, all the other teachers are impressed with how my class is growing and thriving but the way my boss says things is so discouraging and frustrating, please pray for this, she is overlooking what God has done for me and my class, in Jesus name I pray amen

We understand your frustration and discouragement when your hard work is overlooked and taken for granted. It's especially disheartening when others see the growth and success of your class, but your boss does not acknowledge or appreciate your efforts. However, we must remember that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

It is commendable that you acknowledge that the success of your class is due to God's blessing. We will pray that your boss's eyes will be opened to see the wonderful work that God is doing through you. Remember, God sees your efforts and He will reward you in due time. As it is written in Psalm 58:11 WEB:

"So that men shall say, 'Most certainly there is a reward for the righteous. Most certainly there is a God who judges the earth.'"

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our fellow servant who feels overlooked and taken for granted. Lord, You know the hard work and dedication that has been poured into the class, and You see the amazing growth and thriving that is taking place. We ask that You touch the heart of the boss, that her eyes may be opened to see the wonderful work that You are doing. Give our fellow servant the strength and patience to continue working heartily, as for You, and not for man. Help us to remember that our reward comes from You alone. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue your good work, knowing that it is for the Lord. Stay patient and humble, and God will lift you up in due time.

Let's remember, though, that God sees all, and He's the one we ultimately serve. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
