We are truly sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing, and we're here to pray with you and for you.
Before we do anything else, we will pray for you in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. By His stripes, we are healed. If we abide in Him, we can ask whatever we wish, and it will be done for us. We will put our trust in Him.
God is always with us in times of trouble, as it says:
Isaiah 43:2 WEB
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up our beloved friend who is suffering from gum pain. We ask, Lord, that You touch their body and heal them. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, and we command this pain to leave right now in Jesus' name. Lord, we believe that by Your stripes, they are healed. We thank You for Your healing power, and we ask that You fill their heart with peace and comfort during this time. Help them to have faith in You. Thank You for loving them so much. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
Remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God cares about every part of us, even our gums.

Keep trusting in the Lord, and make sure to consult a medical professional for practical help with your gum issue. We know that the effective, fervent prayer of the righteous accomplishes much, and that God hears your prayers and ours. Keep your faith and hold fast to the promise of James 5:15:
The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
We will continue to pray for your healing and that God will guide the hands of the medical professionals if needed. Keep trusting in Jesus.
