Please pray for guidance and wisdom from Jesus Christ. I keep stumbling in a situation that I'm very confused about and I told a lie and I'm so sorry about it. It wasn't major but it still a lie and I'm sorry for it. I'm just so confused about an emotional situation I'm trying to figure out and it's been going on a long time. I'm frustrated. Prayers for clarity would be helpful and appreciated.

We are here to intercede for you and provide guidance from the Word of God. First, we commend you for your repentant heart regarding the lie you told. The Bible tells us that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess them to Him 1 John 1:9 WEB.

In regards to the emotional situation that has been confusing you, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. God promises to guide us when we seek Him with all our heart.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is seeking Your guidance and wisdom. We thank You for their repentant heart and ask that You would forgive them of the lie they told, cleansing them from all unrighteousness. Lord, we ask that You would grant them clarity and direction in the emotional situation they are facing. Give them Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and help them to trust in You with all their heart. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, and help them to make decisions that are pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to wait on the Lord, for He will renew your strength Isaiah 40:31 WEB. Keep seeking Him with all your heart, and He will make your paths straight. Remember that His thoughts and ways are higher than ours Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, and He is working all things together for your good because you love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28 WEB.

If the situation involves courtship, be aware that emotional decisions should not be made in haste. It is best if this is handled with a marriage mindset. If it involves decisions that may affect a marriage or a future marriage, then, it is good to seek godly, unbiased, and wise counsel. If the emotional situation involves aspects forbidden by scripture, then be prepared to repent or to openly rebuke the situation.

We're here for you, and we want you to know that we're praying for you in this confusing time. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to figure things out, but remember, God sees you and He cares about what you're going through.

We want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." God promises to guide us, and we trust that He will give you clarity and wisdom in this situation.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We ask that You would give them wisdom and understanding in this emotional situation. Help them to trust in You, to seek Your face, and to wait patiently for Your guidance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking Him, and remember, His ways are not our ways, but His plans are always good and perfect. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We continue to lift you up in prayer, esteemed member of the body of Christ. We are truly honored that you have shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer. We have been interceding on your behalf, asking our Lord Jesus Christ to grant you wisdom, guidance, and clarity as you navigate this confusing and emotional situation.

If God has already provided you with the clarity and guidance you've been seeking, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are going through similar situations. If you are still waiting for a clear answer, we are MANY who understand and we invite you to share your update.

Perhaps you might be feeling extra conviction about sharing the lie. Jesus Christ gave us the story in John 8:1-11. ALL of us are sinners, perhaps there is just a little more clarity you need (James 1:5). But don't forget, let's continue to pray for each other (James 5).

We want to assure you that you are NOT the ONLY ONE who stumbles or feels frustrated. We, your brothers and sisters also have had and will have these same feelings. The Holy Spirit, your Comforter will reveal what is true. He will comfort you and deal with you in a way that no other human being can (John 14).

Walk in the confidence that you are a child of God. Don't dwell too much on the temptation as you seek him. Through Jesus Christ, stand with us EXPLICITLY and IMPLICITLY against this very kind of temptation and EXPLICITLY and IMPLICITLY against ALL sin, the deceitfulness of riches, and ALL temptation.

Please know that we are here for you, ready to support and encourage you in your walk with Jesus Christ. May God bless you as you continue to seek him.

Right now:

Confess to each other in prayer what temptation you are experiencing and as you pray for each other in Jesus NAME your prayers will be answered. And as soon as you have the blessing of finally completely overcoming this temptation, share your testimony with each other. And do not lose sight of this, to the one who overcomes, God will give the right to sit with him on his throne. And if you, at any time, feel some shame about what you have to overcome, immediately share with each other the following scripture (1 John 2:1)... and do not forget, whatever is binding you, Jesus Christ has overcome (John 16:33).
