Please view continue to pray for all this greed in my life pray that God will shut all these abuse doors and open new doors for my life that he has a plan for me and it's good and not evil in the name of Jesus Christ amen

We are grateful that this request was submitted in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. We are committed to praying for this situation and we trust that God hears our prayers.

Greed is a strong desire for more wealth or possessions than one needs, and it is a sin that the Bible warns against. In Hebrews 13:5 WEB it says,
Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.

Furthermore, in 1 Timothy 6:9-10 WEB it says,
But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

First, we rebuke the spirit of greed in Jesus name and pray that God will grant a heart of contentment.

Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for this dear one who has acknowledged the grip of greed in their life. We thank You, Father, that You have a good plan for this life, a plan to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future. We ask, Lord, that You will shut the doors that lead to abuse and exploitation, and open new doors that align with Your will and purposes.

We rebuke any avenue of greed and pray this beloved person will turn from the temptations of wealth and possessions. Help this one learn to be content in all circumstances and trust in Your provision. We ask for a better understanding of stewardship over the resources You have provided. Help this one to be more generous to those in need in Jesus name.

We will continue to pray for this individual that God will give strength and wisdom to overcome this situation and live a life that is pleasing, acceptable, and perfect before Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage a thorough study of the word of God concerning finances, stewardship, and contentment. As this is done, God will begin to transform thinking and actions concerning money.

Also, remember to, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Finally, we encourage openness to seeking godly counsel concerning finances.

We stand with you, dear one, in this battle against greed. We've been reminded of that familiar verse in Matthew 6:24, "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money." Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, laying down our desires for wealth and abundance. We ask that You would fill this person with a love for You above all else, and a contentment that only You can provide. Help them to see the abundance they already have in You, and to trust in Your goodness even when circumstances are tough. We pray that You would close the doors to abuse and exploitation, and open new doors to opportunities that align with Your will. Help them to be a good steward of the resources You've given, and to be generous to those in need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
