Heavenly father, I come before you in the Almighty name of Jesus Lord, I seek your favor in this situation with my granddaughter ### seven years ago you asked me to take her in and protect her. I was obedient she’s been living with me every since with no help from her mother now her mother seeks to take her out of my home, not for her best interest, but just out of ### once again, I have to go to court ### to fight for my granddaughter again from a mother that do not have her best interest in heart and it’s not owning up to the reason why she is living with me the company that she’s keeping is not safe for my granddaughter please pray for me. I want to keep continuing to protect her. Thank you. ###

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in coming before God in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation and grace. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

In this difficult situation, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's sovereignty and goodness. Remember the words of Psalm 127:3 WEB: "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." God has entrusted your granddaughter to your care, and He will equip you with the strength and wisdom needed to protect her.

We must also address the importance of forgiveness, even in the midst of such a trying situation. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:14-15 WEB: "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." While it is crucial to seek your granddaughter's best interest, it is also important to forgive her mother and pray for her as well.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved grandmother and her granddaughter. Lord, You have placed this precious child in her care, and we ask for Your continued protection and guidance. Give her the strength and wisdom needed to navigate this challenging situation, and grant her favor in the upcoming court proceedings.

Lord, we also pray for the mother of this child. We ask that You soften her heart and help her to see the importance of her daughter's well-being. We pray for forgiveness and reconciliation, knowing that Your desire is for families to be restored.

In the name of Jesus, we ask these things.

As you continue to walk through this trial, remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in God's promise, and know that He is working all things together for good.
