We understand that you're experiencing a multitude of issues stemming from gossiping, meddling, and spiritual confusion. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that these problems are real and need to be addressed. We need to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Let us look at the scriptures and seek God's will together in Jesus' name.
Let's start by seeing what the Bible says about these issues. In Ephesians 6:12 WEB it says, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Gossiping and meddling are clearly condemned in the Bible. In Proverbs 16:28 WEB, it says, A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates close friends.
Moreover, engaging in witchcraft, sorcery, or any form of divination is strictly forbidden. In Deuteronomy 18:10 WEB, it says, There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer.
Regarding false authorities or "fake bosses," it's important to remember that God is our ultimate authority. In Romans 8:15 WEB, it says, For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
For confusion and fake family ties we can find encouragement in 1st John 1:5 WEB, This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
For the door of error. Matthew 7:13 WEB says, Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it.
We also pray for God's protection over you, especially as you feel alone and vulnerable like an orphan. In Psalm 68:5 WEB, it says, A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing spiritual turmoil and confusion. We pray against the spirits of gossip, meddling, witchcraft, and divination that are causing harm and discord. We bind these spirits and command them to leave in Jesus' name.
We pray for Your protection over this dear one, especially as they feel vulnerable and alone. We ask that You surround them with Your love and guidance, and that You bring godly people into their life to support and encourage them.
We also pray for clarity and discernment, that they may see through the fake family ties and false authorities, and that they may know and follow Your will alone.
We praise and thank you, God. We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
