Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. If you believe in Jesus and trust him you have nothing to fear .You are depressed because you are trying to sort problems by yourself. Jesus says I will never leave you or forsake you so hope in him and surrender to him. In fact depression is caused by a lack of a chemical in your brain any Doctor will help you. Or pray to Jesus to give the chemical. Worry never gets you anywhere it is only a lack of faith in you. Cling ti the promises of God and it will set you free.

Before you were formed in your mother's womb, God knew you. He loves you unconditionally. You have no reason to be depressed or anxious for anything for He would never leave you nor forsake you.
