We are glad to come alongside you in prayer and seeking God's will for your life. Remember that God's plan for us is always good, and He desires to give us hope and a future. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have in mind for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
Firstly, let us address the use of "God's" and the absence of mentioning Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We encourage you to come to God through faith in Jesus Christ, as He is the one who brings us to God and saves us from our sins.
Now, let us seek God's will together. It is important to remember that God desires for us to know Him intimately and to understand His will. As it is written in Romans 12:2, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
To gain a good understanding, clarity, and guidance, we encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible. As you read and meditate on His Word, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal God's will to you. Additionally, spend time in prayer, seeking God's face and asking Him to guide you. As it is written in Psalm 143:10, "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and guidance for this dear one. We ask that You grant them a good understanding, clarity, and guidance according to Your perfect will. Help them to know You more intimately and to understand Your will for their life. We ask that You lead them in the path of righteousness and guide them by Your Holy Spirit. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and help them to apply it to their life. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
