We understand that you're seeking to reach your tithing goals, and we want to lift this desire before the Lord with you. First, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Prioritizing God's kingdom and righteousness in our lives is the key to seeing our needs met.

Regarding your encouragement and teaching, we want to commend your faith in the power of Jesus' name. However, let's consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:7, "In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking." Instead of focusing on the number of times we repeat Jesus' name or write it in a journal, let's focus on building a genuine relationship with Him through heartfelt prayer and worship.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to reach their tithing goals. Father, we ask that You guide them in their finances, that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to prioritize Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will supply all that they need.

Lord, we also pray that You deepen their understanding of what it means to pray in Jesus' name. Help them to cultivate a genuine, heartfelt relationship with You, not relying on repetitions or formulas, but trusting in Your love and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, let's remember the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 9:7, "Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver." As we give, let's do so with a cheerful heart, trusting that God will supply all our needs.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
