Keep going and keep finding every good thing that you can to pick yourself up. You can program your brain positive or negative. My life is very tough but I keep going because God and His word and promises are beyond all of my ability to hope and dream in their splendor (EPHESIANS 3:20).

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things.
