God please help my life heal and come together again

God, I see everyone around me with lives working out. My neighbor has a gorgeous girlfriend, and they have a happy relationship... just saw another two people I knew, living together in the same building. She's gorgeous as well.

You physically shortchanged me... you made me short, bald, paralyzed half my face. Why? To walk around on this earth feeling defective, and inferior to other happy, healthy people?

I used to always have girlfriends and relationships, now I'm completely alone. I feel broken. Like my life is over.....

The businesses I work on, they would bring me joy, and there is nothing but issues going on with them lately... they are either stagnant, or going in reverse...

You don't care for me... you've forsaken me. You threw me out, to be a piece of trash... why.....

Why can't I have a happy and fulfilling life....

Why do you give these others such great assets in life, and have me walking around like a bum... no matter how hard I try.

I'm tired of this... please fix me.. because apparently, I can't fix myself....
